In the summer Igor’s profile was approached by several clubs. The Fiorentina player has been churning out excellent performances in recent times and has confirmed himself as one of the cornerstones of the Italian team.

At the microphones of Radio Firenzeviola, Giovanni Branchini, a well-known agent and market intermediary, spoke about the defender as well: “I know for a fact that Fiorentina rejects offers for Igor because I myself have brought some and it is not obvious to give up certain proposals. I think the club has bought and sold well, it’s just that not all purchases always go well. Now it is important to see the performance of players like Dodo and Cabral.”

Branchini also had his say on the rumors that in the last hours of the summer market have linked Amrabat to Barcelona: “The truth is that none of us has the certainty that Barcelona was interested in him, probably there was an agent who wanted to probe the possibility of the deal.
