In the last five editions, five different winners in Monte Carlo
The Monaco GP is among Max Verstappen’s favorite circuits, at least judging by the results. In his seven appearances at Monte Carlo, the two-time World Champion has won “only” 64 points. He has done worse only at the Italian GP and the Australian GP.
A winner in the 2021 edition, the Red Bull star has often had headaches in Monte Carlo. So many times he has been disappointed, such as in 2018, when he finished ninth overall. Last year he finished third, with his teammate Perez first across the line. In this edition he will try to put everyone behind him. It should be mentioned that, in the last five editions, there have been five different winners in Monte Carlo.
