Here’s how to go about refunding tickets

The Automobile Club of Italy and TicketOne have set procedures to make operational the refund of tickets for the Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Made in Italy and Emilia Romagna, which was not contested due to the dramatic flooding that hit the region, scheduled at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo and Dino Ferrari in Imola last May 19-21.

Starting May 30, and by June 14, holders of coupons purchased through the TicketOne websites, TicketOne’s network of retail outlets and Automobile Clubs, will be able to request a refund, net of postage and fees applied by TicketOne, or opt for a voucher that allows the purchase of a coupon for an event organized by ACI Sport such as, for example, the 2023 Monza GP or the 2024 Imola GP.

A similar refund procedure is provided for agencies, retailers, and professional operators.
