NBA, Bradley Beal disputed by two franchises
The 29-year-old Beal has been playing in Washington since the 2012/13 season
There is much talk in the States about Beal’s future. The all-star looks set to leave Washington. He has been playing with the Wizards for as long as he can remember, that is, since he entered the NBA (2012(13) season). Now, at 29 years old, he seems determined to get back into the game elsewhere, possibly on a title team.
On his trail, in particular, would be two very high-profile franchises, namely Miami and Phoenix. The Heat, after losing the NBA Finals to Denver, are looking for another talent to add to coach Spoelstra’s roster to try the ring race again next year. The Suns, after this year’s big disappointment, dream of having Beal alongside Booker and Durant for a dream trio that can aim to win the NBA title.
Beal is expected to make a decision about his future soon. His rich contract also allows him to turn down unwelcome destinations. At the moment, only Miami and Phoenix seem to be solutions that Beal is particularly interested in and would be really considering.
