Juventus tries but victory goes to Real Madrid

After a draw with Barcelona, Juventus failed to bring home a positive result with Real Madrid. The reigning European champions won 2-0. By Benzema (on a penalty kick) and Asensio the goals that decided the match played at the Rose Bowl, site of the 1994 World Cup final between Italy and Brazil.
After a decent first half, Juventus clearly struggled in the second half with Ancelotti’s team often in control of the ball and the match. Excellent performance by Perin, definitely the best on the field. Step back for Di Maria who failed to unleash all his talent.
