After his triumph in the first downhill in Kitzbuehel, Frenchman Cyprien Sarrazin è repeated himself in the second by trimming abysmal gaps to all other rivals. The transalpine got the best time in 1’52″96 preceding Swiss Marco Odermatt and Dominik Paris, respectively 91 hundredths and 1.44 seconds behind the first. Closing the top 5 were Austria's Stefan Babinsky and France's Maxence Muzaton.
In sixth place came the transalpine Vincent Kriechmayr. Closing the top 10: Alexis Monney (Switzerland), Nils Allegre (France), Stefan Rogentin (Switzerland) and Mattia Casse (Italy). Just outside the 10, however, is Florian Schieder, who saw victory slip away by only five hundredths in the first downhill.
In the downhill ranking, Marco Odermatt remains at the top of the leaderboard (516 points), but Sarrazin è is getting closer to the Swiss, as he è is just six points behind (510). In third place, however, is Dominik Paris with 329 points. In the overall one is obviously dominating Odermatt (1156) always ahead of Sarrazin (660).
