After her triumph in Kronplatz, Lara Gut-Behrami, thanks to a superlative second run, also won the Soldeu giant slalom, overtaking Mikaela Shiffrin in the overall standings. The Swiss skier achieved a time of 1:59.27, preceding New Zealand’s Alice Robinson and the American Aj Hurt. Wooden medal, on the other hand, for Federica Brignone, who after accumulating a good lead in the first part of the test, lost a lot in the closing stages, finishing in fourth place.
Norway’s Thea Louise Stjernesund closes the top 5. In sixth place is Marta Bassino, who like her compatriot from Aosta Valley lost a lot in the final.
