Fear for Mateo Retegui hospitalized
Genoa and national team striker Mateo Retegui è was hospitalized at San Martino Hospital due to an illness he felt during the flight back from Naples after the draw against the Italian champions. This was reported by "Il Secolo XIX" and La Gazzetta dello Sport: the Rossoblù had suffered a severe blow to the head in a game clash with Ostigard.
Mateo è was then taken as a precaution to the San Martino emergency room and underwent a brain CT scan, which came back negative. Retegui will still spend the night in observation and will most likely be discharged tomorrow morning.
