At the end of the meeting held at Inter’s headquarters, Francesco Acerbi’s agent Federico Pastorello had his say on the Nerazzurri’s interest in the defender, who is now close to saying goodbye to Lazio.

“The meeting went well, we just took stock of the situation, it is known that Inter is looking for a central defender. Let’s see if it will be Acerbi or someone else, I have to be honest they were honest in confirming that there are other tracks. The guy being Italian and having already worked with Inzaghi may be one of the candidates. We have taken a small step forward, though, because Lazio have opened to a loan,” explained the former Sassuolo player’s attorney.

Finally, a wish for his client: “If he were to leave Lazio, Inter would be one of the preferred destinations.”
