Aleix Espargaró: “I’m not okay but I’m trying.”
Aleix Espargaró gives it a try
Less than a week after the Assen TT, Aprilia Racing makes a stop in Germany before the summer break. On the track, for the ninth round of the season, there will also be Aleix Espargaró, who will undergo a checkup before being able to take to the track for FP1.
"I’m still not okay, è a really complicated injury because é it involves my hand on the gas. I have no mobility; and it hurts a lot, however, I want to try. È a very special track, where you turn counterclockwise. I will doò therapy until Thursday and then arrive at Sachsenring at the’last moment, to try to participate in FP1" stressed the Catalan.
Sachsenring è known for its tight corners, almost all of which are purely left-handed, winding along the 3,670 meters, making it one of the slowest circuits on the calendar, running counterclockwise.
