Trapani Shark unleashed: after the signings of Riccardo Rossato, John Petrucelli and Justin Robinson, the Sicilian club announced the signing of Akwasi Yeboah from Galatasaray. An English passport winger of 198 cm and 104 kg, Yeboah è a player who can already boast; great experience in top leagues. He is a dynamic winger who, thanks to his great physicality, can cover multiple roles.
He grew up basketball at Stony Brook before transferring, in 2019, to Rutgers. In 2020 he signs his first professional contract with Saint-Quentin. The following season he signs for Saint-Chamond Basket, where he averages 13 points, 2 assists and 5 rebounds in 33 appearances. In 2022 comes the call from Darussafaka, with whom he also makes his Basketball Champions League debut.
On July 7, 2023 he signed with the ambitious Galatasaray also in the Turkish top league. In the 14 Basketball Champions League games he averaged 11 points and 3 rebounds while in the 24 league games 8.2 points and 3.7 rebounds. Yeboah competed for Great Britain on its U16, U18 and U20 teams.
