Milan on the hunt for a goalkeeper: the first rejection arrives
Milan è looking for a Maignan deputy: Marco Sportiello's injury, out for at least two months, led the Rossoneri to consider several names for the second goalkeeper. Among them was Simone Scuffet, Cagliari’s extreme defender.
The Sardinians’ goalkeeper has però refused, according to Corriere dello Sport: Scuffet wants to play as a starter and will not come to Milan to play second. The Rossoneri could thus rely on young Lorenzo Torriani until November, when Sportiello should return.
Fonseca has alreadyà promoted the young goalkeeper: "Sportiello è got hurt at the hotel, Torriani played with great personalityà and courage. It's too early but I have no doubt that we have a goalkeeper for the future. This goalkeeper will haveà a great future".
