New corporate structure for Pallacanestro Trieste

Pallacanestro Trieste announced on Sunday its new corporate structure: Paul Matiasic è became the new owner and assumed the role of chairman of the board of directors. "II my focus today è exclusively focused on Pallacanestro Trieste" explained Matiasic.

"I had several opportunities to buy ownership of teams in Italy, but I chose Trieste because of the economic and cultural vitality of this region and the connection with my roots and my family history,” added the new number one of the Red and White leadership. Since the beginning of my involvement, with the acquisition of the shares last spring, I have felt a deep and lasting bond with this team and those in Trieste who work for the club, and as my role grew and evolved, so did my desire to support this team and this organization to achieve new goals".

The new Board of Directors of Pallacanestro Trieste è consists of Paul Matiasic in the role of President, Michael Arcieri and Connor Barwin as directors: "The composition of the Board of Directors,” commented Paul Matiasic, “ensures continuity and looks to the future, with the possibility of further additions that can contribute to the development of Pallacanestro Trieste".
