Nations League 2024-2025: Italy-Israel, the likely lineups
Italy-Israel, the probable formations
Italy and Israel will face each other in the match marking the fourth day of the Nations League. Kickoff at 8:45 p.m. at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine. The Azzurri will try to win the three points to further secure first place in the group, while the guests will try to redeem the heavy loss suffered in the previous round with France (1-4).
Spalletti is expected to make a few changes from the challenge with Belgium: in goal, space for Vicario, with Di Lorenzo, Buongiorno and Calafiori making up the three-man line in defense. In attack, Retegui is confirmed as center forward, supported by Raspadori, who takes the place of the disqualified Pellegrini.
Shimon, on the other hand, is expected to rely on Baribo as the only forward, with Gandelman and Gloch acting as trequartists. In midfield there will be Jaber and Abu Fani, with Abada and Haziza as full-band outsiders.
