Luca Covili renews and makes a promise

Luca Covili remains under the orders of Bruno and Roberto Reverberi’s team

It's arrived the contract extension for Luca Covili, who will remain at VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè of Bruno and Roberto Reverberi at least until the end of the 2026 season. This is an important recognition for the Emilian rider, whose 2024 è was marked by both positive notes, such as eighteenth place at the Giro d'Italia 2024, and negative periods, such as the injury that kept him out for three months.

"I want to thank Bruno and Roberto once again for the trust and renewal of the contract for the next two years,” said the 1997-born cyclist. Next will be my seventh year in the team, and for me è like being part of a big family. Unfortunately, this year I missed three months due to a physical problem right at the time of the season when I usually get the best results".

Born in Pavullo nel Frignano, in the province of Modena, on Feb. 10, 1997, Luca Covili has embraced the Reverberi family project since his first year as a professional. He's a pure climber (180 cm by 58 kg), in the season just ended he è distinguished himself by finishing in the Top 20 at the Giro d'Italia, his best result in a major stage race.
