F1, Lewis Hamilton has one regret after Las Vegas
Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton commented on his second-place finish in the Las Vegas Grand Prix: "It's been an outstanding performance by everyone this weekend to get the one-two finish. The car è seemed very strong to me and the race è was very fun and enjoyable".
The British driver admitted to having a few regrets: ""È a little bittersweet, because if we had qualified as we should have yesterday, I think I could have won. However, before the race I did not think I would be able to finish 2° today, so I am very happy. Congratulations to George".
"When I was trying to catch up I was trying, but all my stops were too early. Clearly George è stopped long after me and had fresher tires, so it was impossible".
Hamilton also applauded arch-rival Verstappen for his fourth title: " Congratulations also go to Max who won the title today. He has done a fantastic job all year and è a deserving champion".
