Bahrain GP: McLaren one-two also in FP3, Charles Leclerc third

McLaren’s dominance continues at the Bahrain circuit. After dominating the first two free practice sessions, the third one also closed in the sign of the two Papayas with Oscar Piastri setting the fastest time of 1:31.646, trimming a good six tenths off teammate Lando Norris. Third place for the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc, who still pays eight tenths from the top.

Fourth and fifth for the two Mercedes drivers with George Russell ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli. Sixth place for an excellent Pierre Gasly on Alpine. Another top 10 finish for Isack Hadjar who placed seventh, ahead of Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz and the’other Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton, who pays almost a second and a half behind Oscar Piastri.

Session to forget, on the other hand, for Yuki Tsunoda’s other Red Bull, which finishes in last place more than three seconds behind.
