Trieste, new acquisition Skylar Spencer bluntly about the Italian championship
The former Astana man doesn’t mince words
New Trieste Basketball player Skylar Spencer has his say on the Italian league in an interview with ‘Il Piccolo’.
“I’m in very good physical condition, I’ve worked a lot from the end of the championship to now, I’ve been doing two workouts a day to get ready for the next season. I focused on athletic condition and work on the field,” said the former player of Kazakhstan’s Astana club.
“Since I changed my management, about a month ago, we reopened the talk with Trieste, in which I was very interested from the beginning, fortunately we found an agreement and today I am overjoyed to start,” continued the 1994-class big forward.
Finally, the U.S. player talked about what awaits him in the Italian league, “I have been following the LBA for a few years and I can say I know it well. There are many high-level teams and excellent players with whom I look forward to dealing with.”
