Premier League 2024-2025: Tottenham-Nottingham Forest, the likely lineups

The round number thirty-three of the Premier League is completed with the classic ‘Monday Night’ with the challenge between one of the total disappointments of the season in the English top flight, Tottenham, and Nottingham Forest, which, however, is still in the running for Europe. It will be played at theTottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, starting at 9 p.m. Italian time.

Spurs are sixteenth in the standings, and only the dreadful season of Ipswich Town, Leicester City and Southampton has allowed the Ange Postecoglou-coached team to avoid the’anxiety of a fight for safety. Things are looking up in the Europa League, however, with qualification for the semifinals where Tottenham will face Bodo/Glimt: the league will only serve to fine-tune ideas and schemes for the European sprint.

On the other hand, Forest needs points to get back into the Champions zone after the two consecutive defeats suffered against Aston Villa and Everton. Bitterly, in particular, the knockout against the Toffees, which came in the fourth minute of second-half recovery with Doucouré’s decisive goal. It is up to Gibbs-White and his teammates to reverse the negative trend.
