Series C 2025-26 will be Sky Wifi-tagged

Sky

Lega Pro and Sky have announced the renewal of their partnership: Sky Wifi will be the new title sponsor of the Serie C championship for the 2025-26 season.

The Serie C championship represents the authentic expression of the Italian territories, with 60 teams involved from North to South. In soccer as in connectivity, speed and performance are essential elements. For this reason, Sky Wifi – Sky’s ultrabroadband service – is the ideal partner for Serie C, because it unites cities, fans and passions thanks to its ultrafast network.

This new agreement gives continuity to the fruitful relationship between Sky and Lega Pro. In fact, after the previous partnership with NOW, which has been the title sponsor for the last two seasons, Sky Wifi picks up the baton, confirming its’commitment to offer an increasingly connected and engaging sports experience to fans, clubs and territories.

Matteo Marani, President of Lega Pro, commented as follows: “It is a source of great satisfaction to have Sky alongside our league again. The’investment of a leading communications company is an important sign of continuity and growth. Sky represents a highly appreciated showcase for our clubs, our players and soccer fans: the numbers confirm an increase in attendance in the stadiums and in front of the screens. We want to continue this process of expansion and we are confident that the story of our soccer, made of young people, passion and territories will improve even more. With three more years of Serie C on Sky and NOW we will be stronger and increasingly recognizable”.

Satisfaction also in the words of Elia Mariani, Chief Consumer Officer of Sky Italia: “Today connectivity is a fundamental part of our daily lives, but it is increasingly so also in the sports experience. Sky Wifi, thanks to its capillary and ultra-fast network, allows us to reach local communities throughout Italy, strengthening the link between technology and territory. This is why we have chosen to tie Sky Wifi to the Serie C championship, which authentically represents the sporting and social fabric of the country. We do this after the partnership with NOW, which, together with Sky, will continue to broadcast the entire championship to connect millions of fans to their passions”.

Also for the next three seasons, the entire Serie C will be on Sky and streaming on NOW, with more than 1,200 games per year including regular season, playoffs, playouts, Super Cup and Coppa Italia (from the round of 16). Extensive coverage of Serie C also on Sky Sport 24, with dedicated columns, highlights and in-depth reports.
