Fiorentina, Rocco Commisso berates Amrabat and reveals a backstory on Kouamé

Commisso clear on the two Africans

Speaking at the microphones of Sportitalia, Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso focused on two of the players available to coach Vincenzo Italiano.

First the number one of the purple club had his say on Sofyan Amrabat, who in the summer seemed destined to leave Florence: “I hammer Amrabat every day: I tell him that he must do exceptional things as he is doing, I always remind him that in Florence I wanted him at all costs.”

Finally, Commisso explained the permanence of Christian Kouamé who, like Amrabat, has been on the verge of saying goodbye to Fiorentina and Italiano on several occasions: “Kouamé? I told Joe Barone: Christian stays here. And so he has been.”

The lily team currently occupies the tenth position in the Serie A standings, having collected nine points in the first seven days.
