Juventus market, it’s a fight with'Inter for potentially free defender

For some time Juventus has been closely monitoring the market in search of a defender to add to the defensive department available to Luciano Spalletti. Among the various hypotheses there’s also one that leads to Eric Garcia.
Barcelona’s Spanish central defender is expiring his contract and could leave Spain for free at the end of the season. A few weeks ago the Blaugrana management and the defender’s entourage met to talk about renewal but no agreement has yet been found.
Also on Eric Garcia’s trail is Inter Milan, which in June could say goodbye to Francesco Acerbi and Stefan De Vrij, both of whom have expiring contracts. Eric Garcia would be an excellent addition, and Beppe Marotta has already shown great skill in the past in signing expiring players.
The Blaugrana defender is also in the sights of Paris Saint Germain: Luis Enrique holds him in high esteem and believes he would fit in well with the European champion rearguard.
