Rome, delivered the feasibility design for the new stadium

Roma has delivered the technical-economic feasibility project for the construction of the new stadium in which the Giallorossi should play. “The delivery of the Technical-Economic Feasibility Project (Pfte) by As Roma represents a decisive step on the path toward the construction of the new stadium, a project that has been awaited for decades,” said the capital’s mayor Roberto Gualtieri.
“It is a formal and substantial act that allows for the start of the next steps, in compliance with the established procedures. Roma Capitale has always considered this intervention not only as a sports infrastructure, but as a great opportunity for urban regeneration, capable of upgrading an entire quadrant of the city, improving mobility, services and the quality of public space” he added.
“The shared goal is to provide Rome with a modern and sustainable facility that lives up to its history and beauty and represents an added value for the team, the fans and the entire city. I would like to thank the Friedkin family for this extraordinary investment,” continued the capital’s first citizen.
“It is one of the most important investments ever made in the sports sector in Italy, which will allow As Roma to make a definitive leap in quality and consolidate its presence in the elite of world soccer. We will continue to work with seriousness and a spirit of institutional collaboration so that the project can continue its course in a transparent, effective way and in the general interest,” Gualtieri concluded.
