Serie A 2025-2026: Genoa-Napoli, the likely lineups

Antonio Conte’s Napoli is aiming for a second consecutive success, following last week’s victory against Fiorentina.
The partenopei will be on stage at Marassi to face Daniele De Rossi’s Genoa, in a match that weighs heavily on both sides. The Rossoblù, in fact, are looking for vital points to move away from the hot zone, while the visiting team wants to give continuity to the signs of growth despite an injury emergency that continues to affect the coach’s choices.
The team will be on the pitch at the Marassi.
Genoa comes to the challenge with the Vitinha-Colombo offensive pair, while in midfield, alongside Malinovskyi and Frendrup, it is Ellertsson who starts ahead of Amorim for a starting shirt. Baldanzi, stopped by a rectus femoris problem, will not be in the match, as will Siegrist, still struggling with a fractured finger.
In the Naples household, the list of unavailable players remains long, but Conte can smile at the return of Rrahmani, who should start from the 1′ in the three-man defensive line. The absence of Di Lorenzo, who came out with a sprained knee against Fiorentina and later underwent surgery on his left foot, leads instead to Gutierrez being confirmed on the right flank. No doubts on the three-quarter: Vergara and Elmas will act behind Hojlund, with Giovane and Lukaku ready to take over as the game progresses.
