In all likelihood, AC Milan next summer will intervene in the market to acquire a striker: Niclas Füllkrug will probably be confirmed but one between Santiago Gimenez and Christopher Nkunku will pack his bags. Igli tare and Giorgio Furlani have been working for some time to find the right profile for Massimiliano Allegri and they have several names on their notebooks. In recent days the Arab media have insistently approached Darwin Núñez to the Rossoneri club: the Uruguayan ex-Liverpool striker is unhappy in Saudi Arabia and would like to leave the club in the summer.

Bought by Simone Inzaghi’s Al Hilal last summer for 53 million euros, the star player immediately became a mainstay of the team but now things have changed drastically. In the winter soccer session, Al Hilal bought Karim Benzema from Al Ittihad and the French bomber&#8217s arrival obviously affected Darwin Núñez&#8217s status. The’former Liverpool man was even excluded from the list for the Saudi Pro League because of rules on foreigners and therefore can only play in the Asian Champions League.

The player is obviously not happy with the situation and has apparently already instructed his entourage to work on finding a way out. Milan, which already probed the ground last year to sign Darwin Núñez on loan, is vigilant but the pitfalls are not few. Al Hilal shelled out a hefty sum last year to acquire him and will want to limit the damage, plus the striker earns more than 20 million euros a year: it will take a huge effort on his part to make the transfer economically feasible.

Darwin Núñez is just one of Milan&#8217s hypotheses to fix the attack: also on Igli Tare&#8217s notebook is Dusan Vlahovic. The Serbian center forward is expiring his contract with Juventus and has not yet decided whether to renew or make a change. Massimiliano Allegri already wanted him last year and would be delighted to have him in Milan: there is a special relationship between the two and the coach from Livorno will do everything to convince him.

Eyes also on Robert Lewandowski: the experienced Polish center forward seems determined to leave Barcelona at the end of the season and Igli Tare has already had exploratory contact with his entourage. Lewandowski is also in the sights of some Arab and U.S. clubs.
