In MotoGp, the future of Jorge Lorenzo holds court.
The Mallorcan likes Ducati but the Japanese of Yamaha have no intention of participating in an auction, as clarified by Lin Jarvin.
“We know how the market works and what the relative prices are,” he explained to speedweek.com, “we are ready to pay our riders at market price, but not to go over. We don’t go up, we don’t accept the bidding war also because we are in the fortunate position of offering a lot to the riders. Our package is very competitive and we don’t have to waste too much money. For most riders I think that joining Yamaha’s Factory program is an interesting opportunity, especially now that we have proven our worth.”
