Milan, abrupt setback for Abdou Diallo
Milan, abrupt setback for Abdou Diallo
For AC Milan, the road to Abdou Diallo is becoming more complicated: the central player is on Paris Saint Germain’s list of redundancies and has a contract expiring in 2023 but the French club has no intention of making discounts.
The request is 20 million euros, a figure considered excessive by Paolo Maldini who is therefore sounding out other profiles. A graft in the defense is among the priorities outlined by Stefano Pioli: Alessio Romagnoli is getting closer to Lazio and needs to be replaced with a reliable profile and possibly one whose cost does not exceed 15 million euros.
In the meantime, the Diavolo is continuing talks with Chelsea for Hakim Ziyech: the Moroccan wants to wear the jersey of the Italian champions and the situation could be unblocked with the formula of a loan with mandatory redemption.
