Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna S.p.A. announced that it has reached an agreement with Jordan Mickey.

Jordan Mickey was born in Dallas on July 9, 1994. A 203cm big wing, after training with the LSU Tigers he landed in the NBA wearing the Boston Celtics’ jersey from 2015 to 2017 and the Miami Heat in the 2017/18 season.

After three seasons overseas, Mickey arrives in Europe: in 2018/19 he plays with Chimki and later at Real Madrid where he wins a King’s Cup and a Spanish Supercup. In 2020 the return to Russia, first to Chimki and then to Zenit St. Petersburg: in the season just ended with the Zenit jersey he won the VTB League as an absolute protagonist, winning the individual awards of Finals MVP and Best Defender of the Year.

Mickey finished the 2021/22 season with a 10-point average in the Euroleague and a 15-point average in the Russian league.
