A big comeback in the world of wrestling
Triple H is back
WWE announced today that, effective immediately, Paul Levesque (known by the ‘ring name’ Triple H) will resume his position as Executive Vice President, Talent Relations of the Federation in Stamford, Connecticut. The news comes about a year after an illness forced him to spend a very long time away from the wrestling world and, more importantly, to retire from professional wrestling.
“I’m looking forward to returning to my previous position as head of talent relations,” said the multi-time WWE champion and executive. “I’m healthy, charged up and ready to take over.
Triple H is one of the best-known figures in WWE, where he landed in the 1990s: since then he has managed both to distinguish himself between the ring ropes, thanks to rivalries and alliances with the likes of The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, The Undertaker, John Cena and Roman Reigns, and at the executive level, occupying positions of responsibility both in the ‘storylines’ of WWE shows and in the real rooms at the top of the Federation founded and controlled by the McMahon family.
