Palermo, everything changes: the announcement on Silvio Baldini

The reversal is made official.

Everything changes at Palermo, with the Rosanero club agreeing to part ways with Silvio Baldini and Renzo Castagnini. The resignations of the coach and ds have in fact been accepted, although the club stresses how much this was done “reluctantly.”

“Palermo F.C. announces that it has accepted this evening, reluctantly, the unexpected resignations of the Sporting Director Renzo Castagnini and the Coach Silvio Baldini,” an official note from the club reads in fact.

“The club,” Palermo added, “would like to thank Castagnini and Baldini for their work and wish them all the best for the future. Still no official clue about Baldini and Castagnini’s successors, but the club promised upcoming news: “The Club is already working to implement a new technical structure that can prepare the team for the start of the Serie B championship. A further announcement will come in the next few days.”
