Virtus Bologna is returning to the Euroleague after 15 years, and in the stands at PalaDozza to witness the big event is also Jannik Sinner.
The South Tyrolean tennis player, currently stuck with an injury that has caused him to miss the last few tournaments, had been in the Emilia capital in recent weeks to attend Italy’s Davis Cup match at the Unipol Arena.
Before the match between Virtus Bologna and Monaco, Sinner received a gift of a tank top of the Bologna team from the hands of patron Massimo Zanetti.
