F1, Sebastian Vettel makes a confession about Lewis Hamilton

“Especially when I was at Ferrari, Hamilton was always the best,” Vettel revealed.

Four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, in an interview with official Aston Martin channels, talked about one of the great rivals he faced during his career – Lewis Hamilton.

“Lewis Hamilton, especially when I was at Ferrari. Lewis has always been the best. Before him, probably, there was Fernando Alonso, when he was at Ferrari,” said the former Red Bull and Ferrari driver among others.

The German, in the last two Grands Prix, those of Singapore and Japan, has found himself dueling just with the Briton of Mercedes, as in the years when both were extremely competitive.

It was Sebastian Vettel who was the first driver to win a world championship with Red Bull. The German put everyone in line for four years in a row, from 2010 to 2013. The Austrian stable returned to success in 2021 thanks to Dutchman Max Verstappen, with the son of art repeating the following year. If there was a battle to the last in 2021, that was not the case in 2022.
