Franck Ribery, comes the official announcement about his future
Franck Ribery, the official announcement comes.
It is now official: Franck Ribery will remain with Salernitana and join Davide Nicola’s staff. It was announced by the coach himself in a press conference, “For me it is a joy that he wants to stay here, albeit in a different capacity. To have him on our staff is a pleasure, he could have done anything anywhere in the world and instead he has agreed to stay with us.”
“He will be an all-around collaborator, he is a potential coach because of his personality, knowledge and ability to downplay and read moments. He is now on the other side of the fence and will be able to perceive different dynamics. And his willingness to learn still appeals to me. I hope tomorrow he can be by my side on the bench.”
Salernitana will take on Spezia on Saturday: “I can assure you that we are coming off a good week of work. In the past we faced a direct clash and then a very strong opponent like Inter. Tomorrow I would like to review some things that have distinguished us in previous matches.”
“Victory is not an obligation, but a will. We must have taste and pleasure to achieve something. Against Verona, two weeks ago, there was almost an obligation to bring home the three points. In other circumstances we did not display the fullest expression of our type of play. We want to measure ourselves against Spezia, I asked the boys to have lightheartedness and to turn everything we did on the field throughout the week into a performance,” Nicola concluded.
