Cagliari: Capozucca thinks about double-parameter strike
Cagliari: Capozucca thinks about double-parameter strike
There is no peace for Cagliari: after Ciocci’s injury came Goldaniga’s injury. The seasoned center back suffered a partial injury to the posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. The former Genoa man, who immediately started rehabilitation, will not have to undergo surgery and his condition will be evaluated with a new checkup in about three weeks.
To remedy his injury Stefano Capozucca is probing the free agent market in search of an experienced profile who can contribute to the team immediately. At the top of the list is Mateo Musacchio, who was released by Lazio in July 2021: he would certainly bring a wealth of experience that is not indifferent, there is, however, the question of his physical condition. The islanders are also probing for Maxime Spano, class of ’94 with a past in France.
Capozucca, to patch up Ciocci’s stop, is instead thinking about Stefano Greco. Class of 1999, the goalkeeper from Galatina grew up in the ranks of Roma. In his career he also defended the posts of Vibonese, Pro Patria and Potenza, a club from which he broke free in September.
