A banner day for Jorge Martin and his Ducati. The Spanish centaur, after setting the fastest time in FP3 earning him direct access to Q2, continued to surprise by setting an impressive lap time of 1’57″190. That time gave him pole position in addition to also setting the track record.
Over the moon the Pramac rider: “Super positive day, we worked really well, we couldn’t have done better honestly.”
“Tomorrow we can aim for very important positions, I can fight for the victory,” Martin concluded, warning Pecco Bagnaia.
