MotoGp: Marco Bezzecchi beats Marc Marquez and quotes Valentino Rossi

VR46 team centaur Marco Bezzecchi happy with his fourth place in Sepang

Mooney VR46 team centaur Marco Bezzecchi commented happily on his fourth place in the Malaysian Grand Prix: after a bad start, the rider of Valentino Rossi’s team redeemed himself with a great comeback, closed at the foot of the podium.

Bezzecchi in the post-race interviews recalled with satisfaction especially the overtaking of Marc Marquez: “It was good to fight with Marquez, especially because I passed him and went away, something that had not succeeded in Australia. When I went behind I knew I could come up, and when I saw Marquez of course it was nice and I gave him a good break. I hope Vale was happy,” he explained winking at master Valentino Rossi.

Bezzecchi wanted to help Academy teammate Bagnaia by attacking Quartararo, but he couldn’t do it: “I couldn’t do it because he was taking off hard, then when I got closer I started to struggle with the front tire, as usual. Just being behind him half a lap and you get in trouble.”
