MotoGp, Pecco Bagnaia speaks out on Valentino Rossi
Pecco Bagnaia: “Valentino Rossi will help me like a real coach.”
On the eve of the most important appointment of his career, Pecco Bagnaia does not really want to leave anything to chance: to lend a hand to the main rider of Ducati there will be, in Valencia, Valentino Rossi.
In fact, in the press conference of the last GP of the season, Bagnaia explained, “Valentino Rossi will be here in Valencia, it will be a great help to have someone like him next to us. Of course he will also be here to help the other Academy riders, but he knows precisely how I feel, he knows this kind of situation: he will help me like a real coach.”
In Valencia it will be enough to win two points (then finish 14th) in case Fabio Quartararo wins, but Pecco does not want to make any calculations: “I had a season full of ups and downs – he admitted -. I was competitive even at the beginning, but I fell several times. Of course, I analyzed my mistakes and so I improved: in Japan, for example, I risked too much, in Malaysia I forced but with more attention: I wanted to arrive calmly here in Valencia, now the goal is only one, to win the World Championship.”
