Salernitana, new lead for a central defense player
New lead for the Campania club’s defense
Salernitana may decide to intervene in the market during the January winter session: the first department to be reinforced is the defense, with the Campania management probing the ground in order to give coach Davide Nicola a new central player.
The latest track leads to Bram Nuytinck, an experienced Udinese defender who, however, is finding less space than in previous seasons. The class of 1990 has been in Italy since 2017, when the Friulian club bought him from Anderlecht.
The Dutch player could be an important option for the Granata defense, but Salernitana must also beware of Sampdoria’s interest: the Ligurian club in fact moved earlier than the Campani for the purchase of the central player, but the last word is not yet said, especially given the difficult period of the Blucerchiata club.
