“I’m sure we won’t be as strong every week,” was how Adrian Newey to Sky Sports Uk tried to hearten Ferrari after his Red Bull’s dominant season debut.
“If we go back 12 months, the exact opposite had happened,” he also recalled, “Ferrari had sealed a one-two, for us it had been a failure and we had not been as fast as them. Things can change very quickly, we will see where we get to.”
“Obviously we had more time in the wind tunnel, we would take advantage of it. The other teams have an advantage, since they have more than us. It’s going to be a long season, made up of 23 races and only one has passed. All teams will be called upon to push.”
