NBA, Lakers win in sign of James-Davis duo
Nice success for Miami against Milwaukee
The spectacle of the NBA playoffs continues. Great victory for the LA Lakers who, at the end of a very physical and nervous contest (ejected Brooks for a flagrant 2 against James), beat Memphis (111-101) and take a 2-1 lead in the series. James (25 points) and Davis (31 points and 17 rebounds) were decisive. On the other side, a stellar super effort by Morant (45 points) was not enough.
Miami took advantage of Antetokounmpo’s absence and won Game 3 against Milwaukee (121-99). The Heat now lead the series 2-1. It was business as usual for Phoenix: 112-100 against the LA Clippers and series at 2-1 for the Suns. Finally, Philadelphia beats Brooklyn again (96-88) and closes the series at 4-0.
