Mindfulness Obereggen Park is born.

Regenerate yourself in an immaculate natural environment by being mindful of your psychological well-being. It is also possible at 1872 meters above sea level through the Mindful.Latemar trail.

This is the first such trail to be created in the Alps: created in the South Tyrolean resort of Obereggen (20 minutes from Bolzano), the heart of the Dolomites in the Latemar area. Obereggen’s summer 2023 novelty, conceived and built by the Obereggen Latemar SpA lift company, is located up there on the Golfrion plateau (1872 ml), near the top station of the Ochsenweide gondola.

The idea of the plant company, chaired by Siegfried Pichler, was developed by psychologist Thomas Bernagozzi and Kuno Prey, a professor in the faculty of design and art at the University of Bolzano. Mindfulness Obereggen Park is meant to be an example of rebirth and resilience of a place, hit by storm Vaia in November 2018.
