Marc Marquez, Ducati harsh: “He comments on himself”

Ducati harsh on Marc Marquez after the Mugello events. Pecco Bagnaia snatched the Super Pole that will make him start ahead of everyone in the Sprint Race at the Italian Grand Prix, but he was furious when during qualifying he found himself with the Catalan’s Honda in front at the start of a flying lap.
“This is an episode that speaks for itself. There are judges, they will have to figure out what to do,” Bagnaia cut short at the end of the session.
Virtually identical words also came from Davide Tardozzi. “Marquez’s behavior comments itself,” the Ducati team manager in fact said.
The incident occurred six minutes from the end of Q2, with Bagnaia still trailing in the standings because he was 11th. However, at the end of his launch lap, when he started to attack the stopwatch, Marquez’s Honda, which had just come out of the pits, appeared in front of his Ducati.
The Catalan at that point remained in the trajectory triggering Bagnaia’s nervousness. Indeed, the cameras caught the 2022 MotoGP world champion as he repeatedly vented his anger with some blatant gestures with his left arm. He then approached Marquez shouting something at him. The Honda bearer’s response was the “No” gesture with his index finger.
