Olimpia Milan-Shavon Shields, the marriage continues

Olimpia Milano: official renewal of Shavon Shields until 2026

A few days after winning its 30th scudetto, Olimpia Milano has made official an important renewal, namely that of Shavon Shields, who will be bound to the Red Shoes until 2026.

“Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano announces that it has reached an agreement to extend the contract of Shavon Shields until 2026,” this is the official statement issued by the club.

“Shavon is a winner, a player of the highest level who in recent years has proven to be perfect for what we intend to continue building. We are happy that he will stay with us for so long and that he can continue to write the history of this club,” these are the words of Christos Stavropoulos, GM of Olimpia.

On the contract renewal the person concerned also expressed himself: “For me it is an honor to receive this kind of trust from Olimpia Milano. I am also grateful to be able to continue wearing this jersey and representing the city of Milan. I have been part of this project for three years and I am excited to continue to be part of it in the future. I want to thank the ownership for allowing me to continue to be part of this great company.”
