Rasmus Kristensen official at Roma

Rasmus Kristensen is officially a Roma player. The Danish defender arrives at the Giallorossi on a dry loan from Leeds until June 2024 and will wear the number 43 shirt. He underwent medical examinations in the capital today and signed the agreement with the capital club.

“I am proud to join this historic club: it did not take me long to perceive the great tradition that accompanies AS Roma, a club I have followed with extreme interest in recent years,” Kristensen said.

Now the priority for Roma will be an attacking reinforcement to replace Tammy Abraham, who will be forced to miss the first part of the season due to the ACL injury sustained on the last day of the season. The main target for the Giallorossi would be Gianluca Scamacca, who has reportedly already expressed his willingness to return to Italy.

The main alternatives to the class of 1999 are Adama Traoré and Alvaro Morata. In midfield, on the other hand, having vanished Davide Frattesi, the main profile being followed would be Bayern Munich’s Marcel Sabitzer.
