MotoGp, Marc Marquez is in Austria but already thinking about 2024

Marc Marquez landed in Austria with no particular expectations: at the Red Bull Ring, the Honda rider is mainly focused on how to improve the bike ahead of next season, when his contract with Honda expires.

“We know it will be another weekend of hard work to try to improve and take a step forward for the future,” he said in the Honda press note.

The eight-time world champion feels he is now back to 100 percent physically: “I have used the time between races to continue working on my fitness. Every day is a little better, so we will see what is possible in Austria. The weather can be a bit variable, so we will have to work well and consistently to make the most of the weekend.”

Teammate Joan Mir: “We arrive at the Red Bull Ring with the goal of building on what we learned at Silverstone. Sunday did not go according to plan, but overall the weekend allowed us to make progress and get comfortable on the bike again.”
