Pecco Bagnaia wants to dispel the tabù Barcelona. In fact, the MotoGP leader has never won in any class at Montmelò. Over the weekend, the Ducati centaur will tryà to win the Catalan Grand Prix for the first time, after total domination in Austria with victory in both Sprint and Gp.

“I’m happy to be back racing at Montmelò -he told official Ducati channels – Last year we could have had a good race, but I was involved in a crash at the first corner and then forced to retire. After the perfect weekend in Austria, we have all the prerequisites to be able to do well here as well: the feeling with the bike è very good and my team is working really well always giving me what I ask and putting me in the conditions to be competitive. Let’s see how the weather will be, but in any case we are ready to face the weekend in any condition".

Different goals for teammate Enea Bastianini, still looking for the right feeling after the shoulder injury: "Arrival at Montmelò without too many expectations. Now the priority è è is to be able to fix the bike in order to be competitive again. The last weekend at the Red Bull Ring has allowed us to gather more information that we will certainly use to start again with the work on Friday. I still need time, but I know that the potential is there. I am calm and ready to face the weekend in Barcelona".
