Charles Leclerc: surprise words on Formula 1 today

A surprise comment on a formula that does not convince.

Charles Leclerc goes against the tide, and says he likes the new Formula 1 setup particularly on weekends that include Sprint Races. The latter seem to have been digested with difficulty by a good part of the fans, as the Circus official channels themselves have verified through direct polls via social. Those, on the other hand, who seem to approve of it all è just the Ferrari driver, who decided to have his say on the subject.

"I quite like the Sprint Race scheme, in particular I appreciate the fact that we only have to have one free practice session,” Leclerc explained, as quoted in the columns of 'RacingNews365' -I think it is fine to do it only six times a season, but going straight to qualifying after a single free practice session appeals to me".

"Maybe you could change and improve the Saturday formula. But I really like Friday as it is, also because having three free practice sessions can become really long and sometimes boring. Our schedule è always the same, so welcome to go into action a little earlier"” concluded Leclerc.
