Tajon Buchanan è a new Inter's player. Making it official was the Nerazzurri club itself through an official statement, which reads: "Among the cold and boundless icy expanses of Canada there is a place that stands out for its uniqueness: Brampton, Ontario, è known as the "cityà of flowers" for the large number of greenhouses and nurseries that characterize the economy of this center. Here begins the journey of Tajon Trevor Buchanan, the new Nerazzurri".

"Born on Feb. 8, 1999, to parents of Jamaican descent, Buchanan è grew up with the dream of soccer always alive. A dream fueled by meeting Chrys Chrysanthou, his first coach in the youth ranks of the Mississauga Falcons, who è proved to be a master of sport and life. A deep bond, which led Tajon to follow his coach to Colorado at the age of 15: a radical change in his life, in a different country and far away from his family, a fact that prevented him from being registered by the U.S. federation".

"Buchanan enters the Real Colorado academy: he trains continuously, without, however, being able to take the field and play official matches. A situation that makes him almost invisible to Canadian youth national teams: the boy from Brampton però manages to get noticed by the Syracuse Orange, a team from the New York university's namesake".

"To get into college Tajon needs to earn seven college credits in the space of five months, when Colorado is allotted six a year.Buchanan devotes himself completely to studying, works hard and achieves an almost impossible goal. A metaphor for his soccer path, which at Syracuse finally explodes: in 2019 he is selected by the New England Revolution in the draft and thus begins his adventure in MLS"

"At Foxborough Buchanan grows, improves and proves his full value: he plays 67 games and scores 12 goals, even getting his first call-up with the Canadian national team in June 2021, after only playing qualifying matches with the Olympic selection a few months earlier. A very fast player, skilled in one-on-one and endowed with a great spirit of sacrifice, Buchanan also made his mark thanks to his performance in the 2021 Gold Cup, where he reached the semifinals with Canada, a match in which he scored his first goal on the national team".

"He arrived in Europe in January 2022, at Club Brugge: in Belgium he won the championship in the 2021/22 season, made his debut in the Champions League and won a call-up for the World Cup in Qatar, a historic tournament for Canada, absent in the rainbow event since 1986"

"Winger, full-back, outside full-back, both left and right: in his career Buchanan has played many roles. Ductility" and a great work ethic: little Tajon è grew up burning up the ranks and now è ready to become the first Canadian player to take the field in Serie A".

"A very long journey, which began in Brampton and took Buchanan all the way to Milan: Tajon's Nerazzurri adventure è has just begun".
