Leonardo Bonucci awaits call from Genoa
The former Bianconeri pèiac would also be at Besiktas, Turkey
Bonucci è s future is still shrouded in mystery. It is no secret his desire to leave Union Berlin (an unexciting experience up to this point). After failing to land at Mourinho's Roma, the former Juventus player is waiting for a new call to get back into the game and try to convince CT Spalletti to give him a shirt for the upcoming European Championships.
At the moment, the hottest track would be the one leading to Genoa. The Grifone is about to divest Dragusin (Bayern Munich in pole position but also watch out for Tottenham). At that point, he will need to be replaced and Bonucci hopes to be called up to help out. His experience could be very useful to Genoa in the final part of the season to win salvation.
Bonucci, actually, would also have another option. He would be very much liked by Besiktas, a Turkish club. However, the priority of the Azzurri national would be to return to Serie A and not to go and play in another foreign league. If no Italian club wants him, he will end his season in the Bundesliga, with the shirt of Union Berlin, respecting the existing contract.
