The decision of the Giudice Sportivo has arrived after what happened in Udinese-Milan. "Considering the objective gravity of the facts described and reported, which resulted in the'adoption of the measures provided for by the'special procedural protocol contained in the federal rules; gravity; which, on the one hand, makes recessive the'element of size, on the other hand, confirms and af-fact disproves the'further element, equally provided for and required 474dall'art. 28, paragraph 4, CGS, of the real perception (given, in this case, the legitimate reaction of the player concerned and the consequences on the regular course of the match, interrupted for as many as 2 times);", continues the note.
"Noted, too, that no clear manifestations of dissociation from such intolerable behavior were reported, during and after the events, and despite the 2 announcements to the public, by the remaining supporters (an element that would have been relevant in an attenuating sense, and fi-nalso exempting in the presence of the other prerequisites, pursuant to Art. 29, paragraph 1, lett. e CGS); Noted, nevertheless, that the active behavior of the Società Udi-nese, and the willingness; manifested from the outset to cooperate for the'in-dividuation of those responsible, make it sì that for an event of this magnitude and gravity; can apply the minimum penalty provided by the'art. 28, paragraph 4, CGS, namely the'obligation to play a match behind closed doors (art. 8, paragraph 1, lett. e CGS) resolves to sanction the Soc. UDINESE with the'obligation to play a match behind closed doors".
